The latest addition to the Cornerstone Group is a nod to our Italian heritage. Our modern gelateria brings traditional gelato to Doncaster and offers a unique experience served in a wonderful setting. It’s the perfect treat for those visiting the Park, but you don’t need a ticket to come and try South Yorkshire’s best gelato, access to The Hive is open to the public.

Our gelato has no nasties and is made free from artificial colours and flavourings in the traditional style. It’s our modern interpretation of this age old treat, made using locally sourced ingredients using time tested methods. We also provide a range of donuts, cakes and waffles as well as our famous coffee.
